What does our service look like?
In parallel with the start of production of our devices, we have built a fast and strong service team that directly responds to technical problems of our products at the customer’s plant or by phone within 72 hours.
We invite you to take advantage of the “Machine preparation for the season” service. The idea of this service is to offer an inexpensive inspection along with checking all parameters, calibration, and maintenance of the device. All those who declare their willingness to participate in the periodic inspection project will receive technical assistance each time along with a special discount on parts.
